Stocky is gone. Binly adds inventory count, POs, labels, reorder and COGS to QuickBooks/Xero.

Stocky shut down on August 31 — Binly keeps your history alive. Import saved CSV exports: suppliers, PO history, receive dates and costs. Count stock with your phone. Raise and receive POs, print barcode labels (Dymo or browser) and generate EAN-13s. Reorder from real velocity and supplier lead time. Weighted-average and landed cost, late-invoice flags. Month-end close: inventory valuation and COGS journal ready for QuickBooks and Xero. Ask the AI assistant — it answers from your own numbers.

Scan stock with the phone you own — no barcode gun or hardware to buy
Purchase orders: suppliers, partial receiving, barcode labels & Dymo export
Reorder from real velocity + real supplier lead time, with order-by date
Weighted-average & landed cost, with a flag when a late invoice runs over
Month-end close: valuation + COGS journal for QuickBooks/Xero · AI assistant

Binly was really effective in running our inventory, especially for a brand-new app. The team was responsive with some growing pains, the interface is intuitive, and the scanning and search tools are powerful and quick.

This App is fast and super helpful even for a small business like mine. Support has been fast and extremely helpful in figuring out parts that need a little more explaining
