TERRIBLE- Their team Akshita and Akanksha, quickly onboarded and charged the amount through Shopify but offered no service. Wouldnt reply on the group, nor pickup calls. I have had to file police complaints and cyber crime greievences to get my money back. Small businesses- PLEASE SPARE yourself the horror and do not engage with them no matter what they tell you

From chaos to conversions — BiteSpeed just gets it

8 months in, and BiteSpeed has genuinely become part of how we run sales on WhatsApp. Cart recovery works quietly in the background and actually brings people back, the broadcasts are easy to set up without feeling spammy, and the chatbot handles the repetitive questions so our team can focus on real conversations. Only real ask — better template management (filtering old ones out). Otherwise, solid app, would recommend to any Shopify store serious about WhatsApp.

We added Bitespeed to run WhatsApp for our store — started with a prepaid nudge on COD orders, then moved into full broadcast campaigns. Our first proper broadcast (a new product launch) came in at over 5x ROAS, which is our actual profitability bar for any channel, so this wasn't a vanity metric for us.
