Could be great but was impossible to change my main URL (which the app seemed to pick for me?). Finally deleted the company/page I created and then tried to redo. Could not do so b/c it remembered my Shopify was linked to the company I'd previously created and then deleted within the hour (b/c of the above issue). Should be easier to navigate.

The app works well and is easy to set up. I like that it connects directly with my Shopify store and makes managing my link‑in‑bio simple. There are a lot of customization options. Overall, it’s been reliable and useful.
Hi Pursenalization, thank you for sharing your experience and for using the app for over a year.
It is great to hear that the setup was straightforward and that the direct Shopify connection has simplified how you manage your link in bio. Many merchants rely on this integration to keep everything in one place without extra tools.
Long term reliability matters to us, so feedback from users who have been actively using the app over time is especially valuable. The flexibility in customization is something we continue to invest in so it stays practical and stable as your store grows.
We appreciate your continued trust and look forward to supporting you moving forward.
Update Review: Within 24 hours, the issue was resolved. I believe it was a glitch as the speed was slow, and when redirecting to your bio, it would display other people's accounts before reaching your actual profile. However, this has been rectified, and the app is working smoothly now. It's been a great experience so far—easy to use and customize. I'll keep you updated if anything changes.
Prior Review: Link tree page is not speed optimized it takes a long time for the pictures to load up this is not user friendly potentially can hurt engagement.
Hi Torta, thank you for using our app and taking the time to share your feedback.
We understand your concern and have checked the loading speed using Google's PageSpeed Insights (pagespeed.web.dev).
We found out that our loading speed is actually 2x FASTER than linktree :)
(We tested https://mariolunafootball.com/tortalinks (built using bitLink) vs https://linktr.ee/linktr.ee)
We are always working hard to improve our app to help merchants grow their business. We will reach out to you to try to understand better.
