This has been a game changer for our social campaigns. We use the Bitly Shopify app to manage and track our links and it’s been a huge help—super clear view of how our socials are driving revenue for our store!
Installed it and it crashed 90% of the content on our website...needs work and shouldn't have been put live by the developer. I wouldnt install this!
We're really sorry to hear about your experience. Our app shouldn’t impact site content in that way, and we take reports like this seriously. We haven’t seen widespread reports of this issue, so we’d love to investigate what may have caused it in your case. Please reach out to our support team at https://support.bitly.com/hc/ with additional details about the issue you experienced so we can review your setup, resolve any issues, and make sure everything is working as expected.
