I was having some technical issues and almost lost it, until I contacted support through the help chat icon and Mae that awesome support specialist popped up and straightened everything out, it was smooth as butter. Blanka has made it very easy for me ( as a novice) to understand and upload images to my Shopify store. They also have excellent customer service! I appreciate their professionalism! My experience with Blanka and their customer service has been top notch!

Great customer service. However, it would be better if the responses were more quickly rather than a few minutes in-between. It would be helpful.
