I’ve been using Blanka for my store, Gecko Glow Beauty, and the service has been fantastic. I recently needed help upgrading to their VIP Annual plan to get faster, priority order processing. Their support representative, Abigail, was incredibly helpful—she guided me through the Shopify Billing process and made sure everything was activated immediately. Excellent customer service. I had accidentally uploaded the wrong logo while learning how the platform worked and testing products on my webshop. I did not realize that the logo would become locked once products were published.
