Fantastic App! Was able to reduce my advertising spend and increase my ROI. Recommend to all owners looing to increase profitability
This is an amazing service that takes the guesswork out of the adds run online for your business. The platform is super easy and user friendly to navigate and understand where my add spend is going and the results are clear. The customer service by the team is outstanding and always there to help (no offshore help desk) all local people who can help instantly.
The customer service for this app is incredible. I feel like it is above and beyond what is expected. I have been using Blend for almost a year, and I am happy with the results. I am the type of user that sets it and forgets it. The app consistently brings positive ROAS on my basic ads and delivers a consistent stream of new customers, and supports all of my campaigns.
The app says it has a Usage fee + 10% of ad spend, but after making you waste a lot of time connecting the pixels, it forces you to install Pulse. There's a 30-day Pulse trial with a cost of $99 monthly, and another called Blend AI with a cost of $150 + 10% of your Ad Spend monthly. People, don't waste your time, it's misleading advertising on Shopify, I do not recommend it, you cannot trust liars.
Thanks for your feedback. Let's clear up a few things:
Fee Structure: Our app page and website both clearly state that there's an Access fee + 10% of your ad spend to use Blend. This info isn't hidden anywhere.
Pulse Tool: Pulse is optional. You can unselect it anytime you want. We offer it for free initially because it has been proven to boost ad performance, but you're not forced to use it. If you don’t want it, just unselect it.
