Great app and excellent support.
We installed Modlet PO Box Blocker because we needed a reliable way to block PO boxes, parcel lockers, pickup points, and similar addresses directly in Shopify checkout across international markets.
During testing, we had a question around how the app handled some international address formats. The Modlet team was incredibly responsive, looked into it right away, explained how their localized country logic works, and even made an improvement to strengthen the global fallback rules.
After testing again, everything worked as expected.
What really stood out was the support experience. They were fast, clear, technical, and genuinely helpful. They understood our use case, gave thoughtful answers, and followed up properly.
For any Shopify store that needs to prevent problematic shipping addresses at checkout, especially internationally, this is a very useful app backed by a responsive team. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for the incredible review and for trusting Modlet Studio! We built this app to handle the exact complexities of international shipping you mentioned, and collaborating with you to refine our global edge-cases was an absolute pleasure. Your detailed feedback directly helped us strengthen our matching rules for the entire Shopify community. We are thrilled the app is protecting your checkout seamlessly. As your store continues to scale globally, our team is always just a message away for anything you need!
