Gets the job done, but customization is lacking. I wanted to make my logo taller and appear larger, but the pop-up window doesn't have enough room to allow for that. Not enough space above the text. I even had someone from their customer support team try to help with coding it, and I was told that it wasn't possible. The pop-up window needs to be a square shape to provide more room for the logo above the text. Also, the style of the button that gets clicked by the customer to verify age is a very basic square shape and not very attractive. Just needs more customization and this would be a 5-star app!
Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We truly appreciate your insights, as they help us continue improving our app.
We understand how important customization is, especially when it comes to making sure your branding looks just right. While our current pop-up design has certain limitations, we recognize that more flexibility—especially with logo sizing and spacing—would be beneficial. Your suggestion about making the pop-up square and enhancing the button design is incredibly valuable, and we’ve shared it with our development team for future improvements.
We’re also sorry to hear that our support team wasn’t able to provide a workaround that met your needs. We always strive to find solutions for our users, and while some design constraints exist, we take feedback like yours seriously when considering updates.
If there’s anything else we can do or if you have any other suggestions, we’d love to hear them. Your input helps shape the future of our app, and we’re grateful for your support! 💙
