This app was easy to install and I was able to quickly get my questions asnwered. We just started using it, but so far it has been succesful in blocking orders from a chronically fraudulent "customer". Customer service was quick and helpful.

I used the chat for help with a card-testing attack. Anna was very helpful and took me step by step on how to implement the changes she suggested. We tested it right after and it worked the first time. Here's to hoping the attacks stop now!

Hana was incredible at sorting out my issue. I had been going crazy trying to figure out how to stop a certain payment method (BNPL) from being the default selection as lots of customers didnt see the other options and though that was our only method. I couldnt do this on the native shopify theme. So I installed this app. Hana replied to me so quickly and sorted everything out in minutes! I couldnt be happier with the support I received. After getting Blockify fraud filters set up and figuring out what problems there were with my store that were making it easier for fraudulent orders to be placed, Esther in the support was very helpful in explaining how the Checkout Customizer could add another layer of protection to my store.
