Tracy from Blockify is super responsive and helped me right away with a fraudulent email from a customer with an abandoned cart. She suggested I download the Blockify Checkout Customizer app and she immediately helped set it up and create rules to block that email from ordering fraudulent orders. Super happy with the Blockify Checkout app I added after first adding Blockify to block specific fraud on my website.
