After getting Blockify fraud filters set up and figuring out what problems there were with my store that were making it easier for fraudulent orders to be placed, Esther in the support was very helpful in explaining how the Checkout Customizer could add another layer of protection to my store. I'm very grateful for Esther taking the time to explain it to me and getting me set up so I feel my store is more secure and I will hopefully stop receiving fradulent orders! Thank you Esther.

I was trying to take care of scammers and downloaded an app that did not quite fit what I needed. While chatting with customer service agent Tracy, who was very responsive (!!!!!), she recommended another app that fitted my needs. Not only did she help me out with the new app she went ahead and set the rule up for my Shopify shop to block the scammers I needed blocked.

This app has saved the day! I have a customer who placed 13 orders, received merchandise and then filed chargebacks for all. She's stolen over $3600 from me in 4 days. This app has allowed me to block her from placing future orders. The tech on the chat was so helpful in installing and setting up! Lynn saved the day and my wallet!
