Quick help even during previously announced Holiday Vacay- much appreciated for an urgent matter.
We came to this app from a previous IP blocker app- this one has many more helpful features. Specifically very helpful for us to be able to block via details such as name, address, and more.
That kind of feedback really means a lot to us 😊

We installed Blockify to deal with bot traffic and unwanted overseas visitors, and it’s been solid so far. The country blocking works as expected, the interface is straightforward, and it’s easy to set up without needing to touch code or DNS settings.
Even on the free plan, it gives you meaningful control and peace of mind, especially for an AU-only Shopify store. It’s helped reduce junk traffic and suspicious behaviour without affecting real customers or SEO.
Support has also been responsive and helpful when needed.
Cam is amazing!! her support is second to none without her we would be lost trying to work out what we need to do! Would definitely recommend Blockify to any Shopify store looking for simple, effective fraud and bot protection.
This truly made our day — thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review 😊

This app doesn't work.
We signed up for the Enterprise tier.... but we still get bot abandoned checkouts and page views.
Not worth the time or money.
I've got screenshots, but they conveniently cannot be uploaded.
Hi,
We’re truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. We’d like to clarify that on Shopify, the checkout page is a protected area, meaning no third-party app (including Blockify) can fully prevent visitors or bots from entering checkout or creating abandoned checkouts. This is a platform-level limitation across the entire Shopify ecosystem, not specific to our app or plan.
What Blockify can do is help validate and restrict risky order placements and reduce bot impact through rules and filters, but abandoned checkouts cannot be completely blocked by any app.
Our support team has reached out to you directly via email to follow up on your case in more detail. We truly hope you’ll take a moment to read our message and allow us the opportunity to review your setup, understand the bot patterns you’re seeing, and support you properly. We’d really appreciate the chance to work with you and see if we can improve the situation together.
