I've been using this app for a month now and have been very happy with it. Communication and assistance from the vendor has been top-notch and the product works as described. The weekly reports are very helpful and this app allows me to focus on business while it protects my site and customers from bad actors. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Started using Blockify to block a significant location-based Bot attack driving our conversions down and messing with analytics. It worked straight out of the box with many unexpected and impressive functionalities to enhance fraud protection. Better still, was the impressive customer support - despite the brief Lunar New Year break, Tina was there on a Saturday responding within minutes, sorting things out for us. Though newly subscribed, would definitely recommend Blockify.

I have had so many issues with spam email sign ups and the wrong traffic. I have stumbled across Blockify after Google AI search, and installed it. I have had exceptional customer service from Vincent who literally walked me through the set-up and identified what I must do regards turning which features on etc. Vincent mentioned that they also offer a discount app called Parento - P Quantity Breaks and Discounts which looks really good to increase AOV. I feel I can breathe again now I have this app protecting my store. I will update again later after a few weeks to let you all know how things go, however, so far, customer service is 120%

The best blocking app so far! We've tested multiple spam filter apps on Shopify and Blockify is so far the most convenient and easy to use. The customer service is quick to help as they don't rely on AI (really appreciate apps with human agents!)

I am extremely impressed with Blockify and the Omega support team. I recently had an issue where my custom checkout block rules weren't displaying correctly, but their support team (shout out to Florence, Cam, and Enola!) and dev team worked together to fix it within hours.
Now, everything is functioning perfectly—from VPN/Proxy blocking to specific phone number and address filters. It has already blocked over 43 suspicious access attempts, giving me great peace of mind while running my store.

louis was amazing. I've never seen customer service like this to set up an app. I will trust anything this company has. They want you to succeed and help you accomplish this immediatly. I had 600+ bot attacks. Wasted 10 hours of manpower today. So far so good on stopping them. I needed to upgrade to enterprise for $19.99 a month. Well worth it. Great work Louis.

I thought the app was not blocking traffic and then opened up the chat with Niel and he walked me through the process and set up and explained the way shopify displays the traffic and that visitors get blocked after entering the site.
i will be keeping an eye for the next couple of days and see how everything works out. Im specially excited about the abandonded checkout feature they are rolling out.
