The one feature that they dont have is to block bots from creating abandoned carts, and as I understand it's a shopify issue that preventing 3rd parties app from interfering with the checkout page!

Our store gets so much bot traffic from Ashburn, VA, not to mention the international bots that we know aren't real shoppers (we have a USA only delivery radius, no international sales.)
This tool seems to catch a lot of that traffic and block it.
Hopefully this will improve our analytics about our true customer browsing sessions, in addition to hindering the copycat site stealers that have scraped our digital assets in the past.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! 🙏

This app has been great overall—it saved me money when I made the switch, and its features are exactly what I needed. When I first contacted support, Ben was super helpful and responsive. I even left a positive review to reflect that.
However, when I returned for further help, the experience was disappointing. Despite my earlier feedback, I was kept waiting for ages while being asked to make changes I couldn’t implement myself. The excuse given was that Ben was dealing with other customers, but it felt like I’d been deprioritised after already leaving a good review. Eventually, he did sort it out, but only after a frustrating amount of back-and-forth.
All in all, the app itself is excellent—but the support experience left a bit to be desired the second time around.
Hi there,
Thank you so much for your honest and detailed feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share both the positive and not-so-positive parts of your experience.
First, we’re thrilled to hear that the app has been a great fit for your needs and that it helped save you money 💰. It also means a lot to know that your first support experience with Ben left such a good impression — thank you again for your earlier positive review! 🙏
That said, we’re genuinely sorry to hear that your second experience didn’t live up to the first. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for support, especially when it feels like you’re being deprioritized. That’s definitely not the experience we want for anyone using our app — before or after leaving a review. We always aim to support every user with the same level of care and urgency.
We’ve shared your feedback with our support team to reflect on how we can do better, especially in setting clearer expectations and offering more immediate help when users run into things they can’t do themselves.
Thank you again for sticking with us through that experience and for still recognizing the value of the app. Your voice matters, and we’ll use it to improve. If there’s anything more we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always here and happy to help 💙.
I installed Blockify after noticing a significant increase in traffic from suspect locations. As someone who's had a few bad experiences with new apps, I was nervous, but Blockify turned out to be straightforward and easy to set up. It took no time at all, and there were no nasty side effects to my store!
What I love most is the ability to block specific locations and IP addresses (on the paid plan). These features have been crucial for managing unwanted traffic. Plus, being able to view detailed visitor analytics helps me keep a close eye on everything. I also really like the content protection, which makes it harder for scammers to scrape your images and copy!
I'm also impressed with Blockify's customer service. When I needed help, their chatbot quickly connected me with a real person. Cam from their support team was fantastic. He took the time to understand my concerns, explained everything clearly (without any tech jargon!), and gave me peace of mind about how I had things set up. As a small business owner juggling many responsibilities, having expert support just a message away is invaluable.
Overall, I’m impressed so far with Blockify - the extra support to manage my website’s traffic and security is great, and knowing there’s great customer service available if I do run into any issues is reassuring!
