We installed Blockify and went on the 3-day trial to try to fix an issue. What helped us the most was having the support team do a setup review of our settings and that got us the solution we needed. Very helpful and thorough communication in the chat (with a real person!!).

Fantastic service and support!! I felt supported by my agent Tracy when needing to fix a big problem. Even when I was away from the chat for some time, I got an updated email, advising my changes were completed. When returning online many hours later, my job was picked up again by the same agent, and another problem I discovered was again, quickly solved. Amazing, thank you! *****
