I am using Blockify to block bots from a specific city. The customer service was very helpful after I realized I was unable to visit my site from my phone's web browser. Assistance was helpful and quick.

So far so good, and support has been great. I'm blocking and filtering what I need to, the options are robust enough to support my needs (doing the paid plan).
