I was having trouble with fraud orders getting through. Demi at support was very friendly and helpful about sharing with me in detail how the app works and advising me how to tweak it to block the rest of them, even petting me know about a beta feature that addresses my most difficult problem. I appreciate that Demi was friendly, knowledgable, and made every effort to. make sure I was taken care of! Thanks!

First day of installing Blockify. Anna worked with me to figure out a solution that could best target a credit card testing bot on my website.
