It has no effect. It's impossible to block a country's IP address.!!!
Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating this experience must have been. After checking our system logs, we found that the app was not taking effect at that time because Blockify’s App Embed had not been enabled, which is required for country/IP blocking to work on Shopify.
This issue has now been resolved, and the blocking rules are working correctly after our team’s support session. Our Product Manager has also reached out to you directly via email to provide dedicated support and ensure everything is set up properly. Please check your inbox (and spam folder just in case). We’re here to help and truly appreciate your patience.
So far so good. I turned this app on this morning after a recommendation from Shopify. Excellent support so far and the app seems to be doing a good job.
