First day of installing Blockify. Anna worked with me to figure out a solution that could best target a credit card testing bot on my website. I cannot speak to how well the actual app works yet, but the customer service is top-notch. I will be sure to come back and update the review once I have tested the app.

Selling online in modern times means constant unwanted visits, bots, scrapes and threats. Blockify has been perfect for dealing with unwanted and dangerous traffic. Their support team is AMAZING. I had an issue with Amazon making new ISPs to scrape using all the same names and interfering with another block setting—the team updated the ISP list and worked out my rule hierarchy to make sure they couldn't sneak through to scrape my site. Great app; great support team, and total peace of mind. Wish I would have used this app way sooner—totally worth the plan price.
Thank you so much for this incredibly detailed and thoughtful review! 🙌
You’re absolutely right, running an online store today means constantly dealing with bots, scrapers, and unwanted traffic. We’re thrilled to hear that Blockify has given you the protection and peace of mind you were looking for.
It’s especially great to know our team could step in, update the ISP list, and fine‑tune your rule hierarchy to stop those scraping attempts properly. That kind of layered protection is exactly what we aim to deliver.
Your trust and your comment about wishing you’d installed it sooner truly means a lot to us. Thank you for choosing Blockify and for recognizing the value of the plan. We’re always here to keep your store secure! 🚀
