We installed Blockify and went on the 3-day trial to try to fix an issue. What helped us the most was having the support team do a setup review of our settings and that got us the solution we needed. Very helpful and thorough communication in the chat (with a real person!!).

I found some alarming activity on my site and found this product via google search. I wasn't sure how to initially set it up, but Esther was able to get it sorted out for me. Overall I think the interface is very intuitive, and it was easy to understand how to safeguard my site.

Fantastic service and support!! I felt supported by my agent Tracy when needing to fix a big problem. Their service is great, I can still see all the bot sessions from my site, they told me it's blocked already, I hope that worked, so far I can still see all the sessions from the same agent.
