Very responsive and helpful team. Samuel was incredibly helpful—he did a live check with me and explained everything clearly step-by-step. The only downside is that visitors from restricted locations still trigger Shopify's visitor tracking. It makes you feel like the block isn't active, though I realize this is due to how Shopify handles traffic data rather than a bug in the app.

The only reason I have given a 4 star is because, while the region may be blocked, Shopify still somewhat records the session, invariably skewing your data. However, this point to a larger shopify issue, rather than the Blockify app.

Was getting over 50,000 visits to site fro SG - Bit concerned but help in chat was instant - not really worked with the app yet to give total reveiw though

It is kind of a difficult app to figure out but it does keep the bad people out for the most part customer service is always great to work with.

We’ve only been using Blockify for a few weeks, but so far the experience has been very positive. While dealing with a classic card‑testing attack, we were able to reduce fake customers and checkouts from thousands per day down to a dozen or fewer.
Support has been excellent and very responsive. The analytics can be a bit inconsistent compared to other analytics providers, but our primary focus is on blocking bad actors on our site—and in that area, Blockify has delivered exactly what we needed.
