UI and tools are thought out and executed well. I was able to block high risk traffic in minutes of installing the app.

I have used it for approximately 3 weeks, It blocked many unwanted orders but also I still kept getting orders in so I chatted with them and they suggested to use their beta option that blocks bot checkouts. 1 week later with almost 0 sales and 2k+ on ad spent ( usually averaging 1,5K revenue) I realized it was blocking 95% of the people that they were trying to checkout.
Thousands of dollars in lost revenue because their beta version did not work with my theme. thanks but no thanks

they have human customer service and she responds to me in 30 second!!!! I hope RBC/BMO would know that what a real customer service should be like.
