Fantastic customer service, Louis didn't take long to get all my inquiries addressed. Been using the app for a few years now, and it has been serving me well. It also has reports for when I need them.
The content protection is also very neat, since we produce our content in-house, it blocks easy theft. If you are looking for site protection or restricting site access, look no further.

Don't waste your time looking for another app, this app is one of the best, most beautiful, and strongest applications available here to prevent fraud of all kinds in a very easy and effective way. The dashboard is smooth and very easy to understand. The technical support is excellent, with courteous and respectful staff who are quick to respond. Very useful app, we needed to block a scammer that placed fraudulent orders on our website and this app does exactly that. Great support from Niel, he set up the blocking rules for us. We recommend!

They just want your money. I downloaded this app and submitted a help desk ticket to figure out how it could solve my problem. I was told to get the enterprise subscription to block checkout. The problem is not that deep and that was the best they could do. Deleting the app

I received several SCAM customer sign ups and two fraud orders. It is set to block all of this and the app did not deliver. 10 out of 10 would not recommend!

This is a strange experience. I had to reinstall the Blockify Fraud Filter application after receiving 100s of bots from Clifton, NJ and Santa Barbara, CA. All of which have MISSING FILE in the State and City field so you can't see where they originated unless you have other detection methods. They started coming a few days after I uninstalled the application which was a horrible lesson for me to learn. My hope is that the app will help get rid of these bots.

Every time I’ve reached out for help, they’ve been there right away to assist. Today, during a panic attack when access was being denied for my customers, I explained the situation to them, and they immediately provided the solution by guiding me on which setting to change. I am on the Blockify free app and so far it's been great. I had an issue with bots spamming my Shopify store with visitors every hour at over 1000 per hour. Tracy from the help centre set up a rule for me in minutes to block Germany, fantastic service!
