I thought the app was not blocking traffic and then opened up the chat with Niel and he walked me through the process and set up and explained the way shopify displays the traffic and that visitors get blocked after entering the site.
i will be keeping an eye for the next couple of days and see how everything works out. Im specially excited about the abandonded checkout feature they are rolling out.

I have had so many issues with spam email sign ups and the wrong traffic. I have stumbled across Blockify after Google AI search, and installed it. I have had exceptional customer service from Vincent who literally walked me through the set-up and identified what I must do regards turning which features on etc. Vincent mentioned that they also offer a discount app called Parento - P Quantity Breaks and Discounts which looks really good to increase AOV. I feel I can breathe again now I have this app protecting my store. I will update again later after a few weeks to let you all know how things go, however, so far, customer service is 120%

So far so good, customer service is excellent in helping me get the app set up with custom rules for my store after it was attacked by bots placing fraudulent orders. Recommend to help protect your store from fraudulent orders!

Very easy to set-up with great support. It started blocking the bots immediately. The analytics are great and show where your sessions are coming from including the IP address, how many sessions were blocked, high vs. low risk etc.

Thanks to Blockify for helping to protect stores where Shopify frankly fails. We were getting millions of site visitor's a day, who sadly weren't real customers!
