Very responsive and helpful team. Samuel was incredibly helpful—he did a live check with me and explained everything clearly step-by-step. The only downside is that visitors from restricted locations still trigger Shopify's visitor tracking. It makes you feel like the block isn't active, though I realize this is due to how Shopify handles traffic data rather than a bug in the app.

Brilliant support from Niel. I had serious issues with card checkers and Shopify's "Fraud prevention" is non existent, so with the free set up, we're hoping all that will go away from now on. I had a number of detailed/technical questions for these guys, but Niel answered them all quickly and diligently.
