Blox has been great! Small businesses are often targeted by bad actors, and individually, we have limited resources to protect ourselves. Blox changes that by allowing businesses to work together, share information, and protect one another. The best part is that the network only gets stronger with every new store that joins. It's a fantastic concept that gives small businesses a collective voice and a stronger line of defense against fraud.

Great idea for sharing blacklist across all stores using them. Hope more people use them ASAP.
However need these improvements:
1. to allow adding of customers to the blocklist via tags.
(Update: they implemented this, working)
2. Prevent blocked customers from checking out in the first place, not cancel after they paid.
(In progress)
Unfortunately, we're still getting chargebacks due to orders being flagged high risk but were not put on hold by Blox. Thanks.
