After initial issues of my own misunderstanding the app seems to be running well and working. Hopes this stops some chargebacks I incurred in the last month. It's sad we must use software to protect our own interests but that's the world we live in I guess. Recommend the App for anyone selling on a e-commerce platform.

The Basic Plan is designed to give store owners a solid starting point, including country blocking with no limit on how many countries you add.
The features available on the more advanced plans require significantly more backend resources on our end in order to block accurately, which is what keeps the Basic Plan sustainable for everyone.
We also offer a discounted annual plan, plus a 7-day free trial so you can test everything before committing.

I am so happy we installed Blocky Fraud Filter. We were getting so much foreign bot traffic that it was affecting our stats. I appreciate the fact that I can block a person that has made attempts to fraud us in the past. There tech support is also amazing. You get a response right away and they are always very helpful. I highly recommend them.
Blocky has blocked over 4800 hits to my website. I am happy with the peace of mind this app provides. Plus the customer service is quick and efficient. No need to look anywhere else.
We were with another app that was supposed to help block bots, and they were charging $139/month. For the top level on this app, it's that per year.
Plus WAY BETTER customer service. They were live. The other app couldn't get us a response until the next day.
We were having issues with bots placing hundreds of orders every day. Some of the settings weren't preventing this, so I chatted in. Their devs got on it, and we haven't had a bot order since.
Well worth the money.
Did absolutely nothing - a bot spammed my site for months with fake accounts and this app had zero capability of stopping. Do not waste your money.

Following your chat with our support team, we released a Signup Bot Blocker that checks customer accounts as they are created. It went live shortly before you uninstalled, so we have not had the chance to test it on your store yet.

Great company to work with - super responsive. And the app works great too. Bot attacks used to be a nightmare!
I installed this app specifically to stop repeated fraudulent orders from the same person, who keeps using a VPN/proxy to get around blocks. I added their exact full name and their shipping address to the blocklist, expecting checkout to be stopped that is the entire point of the app.
It didn't work. Today another order came through from the exact same blocked name and the exact same blocked address. So the core feature — blocking a checkout based on the rules I set — is clearly not reliable.
If the blocklist can't even catch an identical full name and address that I manually entered, I don't see what I'm paying for. I'd think twice before relying on this for any real fraud prevention.

Easy hard block of unwanted countries
I have been using for a awhile to block orders from certain countries and it works perfectly for that purpose! Thank you so much!
