After I canceled my subscription, they deleted absolutely everything from my website! All my content is gone. This is completely unacceptable and ruined months of hard work. Avoid this app at all costs!
Hi, this is Anne from Blocky. I’m very sorry to hear about your experience.
To clarify what may have happened, the “Delete All Data” option may have been selected during cancellation. This option is provided so merchants can fully remove Blocky’s sections and related code from their theme and avoid leaving unused code behind.
This should only remove sections created through Blocky. Your products, images, and other Shopify store data should still be available.
We would be happy to investigate this further and help determine exactly what happened. We have already reached out to you directly, and you can also contact us at support@blockyapps.com.

I am writing to request a refund for a $39.99 charge that was made after the three-day free trial period.
I had already canceled my subscription before the trial period ended, but I was still charged $39.99. Since I canceled the subscription in advance, I believe this charge was made in error.

A good selection of sections that look to be high converting. Amazing support staff (especially Anne). I'm looking forward to them being more options out!

Been using blocky for over a year. love the new updates with the new blocks. Makes everything so easily customizable and easy to understand
Anne has been very patient with me and was very willing to resolve my issue. An app is reflected by its support team and for the Blocky app only positive things I have to say! I use the app for all my stores and it's the best in my opinion.. Highly recommended!
This app does not build anything with AI, like it is advertised. Just present templates that are basically the same as shopifys.
