I am only in the process of setting up Bloom on our website, so I will update in due course, but meanwhile the support is unbelievably good. They respond immediately on webchat. I asked for Paypal fees to show and they sort it in a couple of days. I asked for Mailchimp to be linked, it was done overnight. Fabulous service.
Great app! Very interactive UI. Gives you full insight in product data, customer behaviours/AOV, shipping costs and much more. I will certainly use this. Great support that answers quickly and is very helpful!
Thank you for choosing Bloom. We’re glad the profit, product, customer, and cost tracking insights have been useful for your business.
Must-have tool, yet at a very affordable price. It gives you all the financial numbers and insights you need to help improve profitability, that would be very difficult to produce manually. They also have a great support team, with *real people* always ready to help, which is maybe the most valuable aspect since any issue can be fixed in record time.
Bloom Analytics is a game-changer! It gives me all the insights I need—revenue, profit, and top-performing products—without the headache. Clean, simple, and way more intuitive than other tools. No more digging through spreadsheets—just instant, actionable data. Highly recommend!
Glad to hear you're no longer dealing with the headache of spreadsheets and scattered data! We hope you're now gaining clear insights into your store’s true profit.
Bloom has been a great tool for real time analytics of our shopify store performance. The staff is very responsive and helpful when I have questions or feedback on the product. Very useful addition to our store!
Thank you for your feedback! It’s great to know you’ve been able to analyze your store’s performance and profits.
Been looking for an app like this for so long. It's been so helpful for my small business! The support is AMAZING as well - I have never had a better experience! If you run a business and aren't 100% in the know about your numbers, definitely use this!
Absolutely, we strive to bring more clarity to profit numbers and help make decision-making easier.
Thank you for being an amazing customer.
This app basically gives you everything you need to know about your finances. The customer support is also amazing, helping fast and professional.
I highly recommend it!
Thank you for the kind words. We’re glad Bloom is helping you manage your finances with profit clarity and confidence.
Love the app, and Ziyan from Customer Support was super helpful. John the founder is also very responsive! The dashboard is easy to use and provides a full picture.
Thanks!
This app is just as good if not better than report pundit. It gives you insight without using the resources of report pundit.
Thank you for the review! We'd love to hear if you were able to track your store's profitability efficiently.
best plugin for fast analysis and in budget too
