I am only in the process of setting up Bloom on our website, so I will update in due course, but meanwhile the support is unbelievably good. They respond immediately on webchat. I asked for Paypal fees to show and they sort it in a couple of days. I asked for Mailchimp to be linked, it was done overnight. Fabulous service.
Great app! Very interactive UI. Gives you full insight in product data, customer behaviours/AOV, shipping costs and much more. I will certainly use this. Great support that answers quickly and is very helpful!

I've been looking for a tool like this for years. It provides clear insights, which is incredibly valuable for your webshop. And the support team is very helpful.
