Excellent App with Outstanding Support!
We sell across 13 different platforms, each with its own commission rates and shipping costs, so finding the right solution was important for us. The support team was incredibly helpful from the start. They arranged a meeting right away, took the time to understand our requirements, and got straight to work on a solution tailored to our needs. On top of that, the app offers excellent value for money. We’re really impressed with both the app and the service and would definitely recommend it to other sellers!

It gives you daily insights based on your store’s profit and marketing data, almost like reading a daily newspaper about your business. We recently started using Bloom, and after my initial review, I felt I had to come back and update it because our experience over the past few days has been nothing short of exceptional.
The platform itself is incredibly powerful, offering a huge amount of valuable data and insights that help us make better business and marketing decisions. But what truly sets Bloom apart is the team behind it.
During our onboarding, we had quite a few specific requirements for our e-comm business. Not only did their support team patiently guide us through the setup, but they also went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They implemented custom adjustments, introduced additional metrics, fixed discrepancies, and even developed functionality specifically for our business all within just a few days.
What impressed us most was how genuinely invested they were in making sure everything worked exactly as we needed. Every question was taken seriously, every suggestion was welcomed, and they consistently followed through with actual solutions rather than generic support responses.
It's rare to come across a company that is this responsive, flexible, and committed to its customers. You can really tell that the team cares about both their product and the businesses using it.

About two weeks into using the app. This could be a total breakthrough in the precision of profitably scaling. The automated email analyses are a nice touch for keeping an eye on things, and almost limitless drilldowns to support strategic decisions. Highly customizable and outstanding support.

We tried a few different profit analytics apps before landing on Bloom, and they were the only one flexible enough to handle our shipping, handling, and fulfillment cost setup the way we actually run it. Bloom also lets us calculate costs separately for our Shopify and Amazon stores, something we couldn't find anywhere else. The granular order settings are a standout too: being able to include/exclude orders by status or tag has been extremely handy for us. Their support team has been genuinely willing to adjust report calculations based on our feedback. We're still working through a few things with them, but they consistently listen and apply what we ask for. Recommended!
Amazing app to get more insight in your financials. Very detailed on different levels. And it has really nice integration with all marketing platforms (meta, google, reddit, etc.), so it gives you a nice overview of your overall marketing statistics.
Also, the support is really fast and helpful!
We have only started using this App and it's proved to be a game changer. We are only a small business and struggled to have proper Dashboard reporting where everything can be seen in one place. Bloom has resolved this for us. I can't recommend it enough. The devs are also one of the most accomodating dev teams I have come across. Resolving any issue we had, giving us the changes we require and answering all questions we have. I can highly recommend this App.
Really liking this app so far. There were some formula changes I wanted to make to align with our internal KPI metrics, the support team accommodated those changes without any issues and quickly. Our sales team will be using this app to track daily contribution margins to ensure we're remaining profitable after ad spend. Worth giving it a try.
Such a great tool as it covers key needs to keep track of our online business. So far it has been easy to use, while offering in depth numbers and statistics. It offers great guides and tips and the UI is very accessible.
The support team are also one of the most helpful and accommodating team I have had the please to encounter.
Looking forward to diving even deeper and Bloom can only be recommend.
Excellent on every level. We switched to Bloom to replace TrueProfit and Triple Whale because they weren’t customizable enough for our COGS calculations.
The Bloom team even implemented custom functionality specifically for our use case, which was a huge help. Their pricing is also much more competitive.
Overall, it’s an excellent SaaS. The only thing missing is the mobile app—once that’s available, it’ll be perfect.
