BLOOP Referral & Affiliate

Great, easy-to-use and efficient app. And above all great and super reactive support and dev team. Thanks to Jena Nguyen and to the devs Nguyen Khac Hiep and Pham Khanh Thien who helped me with some display problems very quickly.

I just installed the app, so far so good. One thing though, super fast support! I just needed a tweak for my site and Jena Nguyen and her dev Nguyen The Huy immediately sprang into action. Looking forward to see more about this tool!

Very helpful!! And easy to contact through Whatsapp. I've had some technical problem with the integration between shopify and bloop but Gigi the supporter and Viet Tung the technician were quick and ready to help and solved my problems! perfect

Really good customer service from Jena Nguyen! really friendly and very helpful - i am new to the app so wasn't sure if it was working, she was able to give me direction on how to test it appropriately. look forward to seeing how this app perfoms!

Update: They made updates to their app. Have to check longterm but its an awesome team. Before: Its impossible to exclude certain products. The statistics were a little off too. Its impossible to translate their widgets. Really lacking some functionality unfortunately.

This is THE BEST app for your store referral program. I have just start using Bloop and it looks that this app works VERY VERY WEEL ! They have created very nice design referral page, pop ups and emails sent to referred persons. It took less than 10 minutes to set up, while I think it could bring huge value for my store. Reccomend!

This application does exactly what we need for referrals and rewards. It's easy to setup within minutes. The support has an amazing response time and service. Because of the amazing support, we were able to customize the design to our style of the webshop. Also the developers are quick solve any issues. I am using this app to help my business grow and reach a wider audience. I really struggled at the beginning because I am not great with IT but Gigi came to the rescue and helped calm me and my concerns, her patience was amazing, I was then given extra support from Viet Hoang, who was also fantastic, and within 30 mins, my refer a friend scheme was up and running. Great app! Easy to use, set up and amazing customer service. I previously had used a different customer referral app that was design limited and often had issues working properly for customers. This app looks great, embeds easily on your website and has a great dashboard to review its impact. I had a theme issue where it stopped showing up during set up, reached out to customer service and they jumped on to my site to fix the issue within 24 hours and now works great. Highly recommend!
