We've just started using the BLOOP Referral Program and Reward app for our Shopify store, and the experience has been good so far! The app is easy to navigate and set up. The customization options are impressive. Plus, the support team has been very responsive and helpful. Honestly, I was very skeptical at first, but this app and service is free and works perfectly! Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

January '25 I had some issues with the app but thankfully the team came to help me with an upgrade. They are great to work with.

The app continues to work well and the customer support is fantastic.
I installed the BLOOP app a week ago and so far am happy with how it works. I had a few questions as I set it up and Jolie Nguyen was very quick to respond and even follow up. The price is good and it's exactly what my customers have been asking for.

Super easy to use and setup. If you’re confused, support is very active and very descriptive when answering questions and even solving issues themselves. I use BLOOP for referrals and it’s been a great setup so far!
