Using this app for a day or two now. Very easy to use. No issues whatsoever. We do like the functionality to move the button positioning, but still the best free app till date.
This app does what it's supposed to and comes with excellent customer service. No issues or complaints. Jena Nguyen and dev Pham Khanh Thien are super helpful and work quickly!
Thank you for giving us 5 stars.
Love to know how we can better your experience with referral program setup. And we're open to every suggestion for our app development.
BLoop Loyalty & Referrals Team.
Excellent referral app, even the free version. I had some issues setting up the app in my particular theme but the support team helped me out right away and it works like a charm.
Ich habe die App im kostenfreien Modus installiert um zu schauen wie es angenommen wird. Handhabung ist einfach und der Support durch Gigi und Tien Loc als Programmierer ist super schnell!
We hope that you will keep supporting our app in the long term.
Don’t forget to reach the team at sales@bsscommerce.com anytime you are in need.
Cheers!
So far so good. This is my first referral app experience. It hasn't driven many sales yet but that's my own issue, and I appreciate that Bloop offers a fair price. GIGI in customer service was very helpful.
Thank you.

There were issues with multiple auto-segments being created on Shopify via Bloop. However, the service team represented by Jena was extremely helpful in resolving the issue for the business and ensuring flow.
Easy to use and great customer service. They respond quickly and they are super helpful. And they follow-up to make sure you got their email! Highly recommend this if you want to add a referral program to your store.
Jena was so helpful in explaining my request clearly. In fact the interface is fairly straightforward but the 'advanced options' always scare me. Looking forward to using the app to grow the business. Karen, Stickers4Walls.

Great, easy-to-use and efficient app. And above all great and super reactive support and dev team. Thanks to Jena Nguyen and to the devs Nguyen Khac Hiep and Pham Khanh Thien who helped me with some display problems very quickly.
I just installed the app, so far so good. One thing though, super fast support! I just needed a tweak for my site and Jena Nguyen and her dev Nguyen The Huy immediately sprang into action. Looking forward to see more about this tool!
Thank you so much for such a valuable review.
