Super customer support, really enjoy the app for our subscribers. Still in the process of migrating legacy subscribers from our old platform, but so far the Bold app and the support we've experienced has been great.

I switched to Bold from Recharge because I was having so many issues and their customer service is like non-existent, they are very bad at it. But I'm happy that at Bold, customer service team is great, they are always fast to help and resolve our issues, shout out to Kupra for always being fast to help. I'm happy I decided to switch.

Bold has helped us add subscription functionality to our site and are super helpful in any support issue that we have - from installation to customer issues.
