Bold Subscriptions App

Support is awesome. Simran helped us with install questions and getting the display looking good on the spot. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend the subscription app as well as the customer support. Well done team.

I was very weary at first to do the chat support, but Clifford did an amazing job in guiding me through the Bold Subscription process. He was very efficient, polite, and the process was very seamless. I appreciate him and thank you Bold!

Customer service was great! The app works fine but it does need some adjustments. They just integrated with Shopify payments so customization is limited at the moment. However, this counts for every other subscription app on Shopify too.

The live chat option with the Bold team is amazing. I needed help with changing something on our website for some time, and thanks to Kelsey my problem is no more. She was efficient, polite and able to direct me so well. So thank you Kelsey!

Kelsey & Gaurav were very helpful and provided insight into why my customer had a duplicate order. Kelsey had a bright attitude and when they didn't know something, they were willing to figure it out so the issue was resolved. Thanks so much!

just installed, I must have made an error somewhere in the code - but i popped on live chat and simran had it fixed within 10 minutes. I look forward to working with the bold team going forward if this is the ustomer service thats to be expected.

The support team has been wonderful. Each one I've contacted has been a pleasure to work with. This morning Nir helped me with a couple of items and he was great. He immediately understood the problem and resolved both items very quickly. Thank you!!!

The app was easy to install and ready to launch in no time. Had a couple of calls with Bold product team to walk me through how it worked, what we needed and how they could help. Customer service through the live chat is always super fast and helpful.

We have been using Bold Subscriptions for a few years now and it has been great for our needs! The support/customer service team is always so fast to help when we've had issues. Kelsey, Colton, and Abhishek has been so great and are so quick to respond.

Really helpful support. When my Shopify theme was updated, there was a missed step. I needed help updating my code and subscription verbiage, and figured I could reach out to Bold for help, and Chintak was super responsive and did so right away. Thanks!
