Esta app cumple con todas las expectativas todas las funciones necesarias para aplicar la nueva normativa de desistimiento europea. Además, es totalmente personalizable y contiene funciones que muchas apps contienen solamente pagando una suscripción mensual.

Es muy intuitiva a la hora de configurarla y si tienes cualquier problema, el equipo de soporte es increíble, muy eficiente y con una atención inmejorable. De momento no ha entrado en vigor, pero ya la considero una app imprescindible para poder cumplir con la normativa sin necesidad de pagar de más.

This is a very handy app, a time-saver for many Shopify sellers. I met a small issue when modifying the custom CSS, and the support was on time and really helpful. Just checked other apps from this team, all look very useful as well.

The app was very easy to install and setup. We have used this on two of our shopify stores and one required a small bit of configuring to get just right. Ron helped out quickly and was able to complete a collaborator request quickly and resolve implementation very fast. I would suggest this app to anyone that needs a simple solution for the European Directive 2023/2673.

Al momento posso dire che l'assistenza ha svolto un servizio ottimo e veloce.

Ma boutique est française et même en ayant choisis la langue française le widget sur la boutique est en anglais, la loi est pour les pays de l’UE et je ne pense pas que la majorité des pays parlent en anglais comme première langue c’est vraiment dommage mais je doute que toutes les langues affichées soient correctement installées.

This is the 3rd EU Withdrawal App I tried, and it's the best among all. (1) It checks for order validity (email address + order number), which can get rid of spams. But the error message should say "please check the Email Address and Order Number", instead of just Order Number (2) "By submitting, you agree to our Privacy Policy" - if it can include Refund Policy with hyperlink as well, that will be even better, coz Refund Policy matters as well (3) editable email template for free, super nice! (4) email notifications to both customer and merchant work well!

Suggestion: If there is a "reason to withdraw" dropdown list for selection, that will be good - people don't like to type. For merchant, it's good to know the reason. For example, if damaged in transit, we may just send a replacement without asking the customer to return anything. Yes, reason is not mandatory but it's always good to know so different situations can be handled appropriately.

Hassle free - Is how i would describe the setup of this glorious little app.
Was easy to install i think i had it up and running in under 10 minutes ( and i had a cup of coffee )
It may not be the most configurable that is floating around BUT it fulfills the new EU-Directive and have a lot of supported languages to do just that.

I recomend that you give it a chance.
