Bookkeep is great! Their CS is always on point as well :)

Thank you for submitting this review, and for your continued trust these past 3 years. We are thrilled that our customer success team continues to delight you should you ever need our help with your Shopify connection!
I've used Bookkeep for years. It's given me so much time back to run my business and not stress about bookkeeping, which is not my specialty. The subscription is worth every penny and my reporting and subsequent tax prep is seamless. There is a little learning curve on the front end and the support team has held my hand through the initial phases. Now it all just happens- like a small miracle. Highly recommend to customers that are looking for accurate reporting, daily integration, and a helpful support team.
So good! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for posting this review. We built Bookkeep for exactly the reasons you have outlined here - so you can focus on your business instead of trying to keep your bookkeeping up to date. Also - its great peace of mind having your sales tax automated and taken care of for you, isn't it?
I looked high and low for an app that integrated exactly how I needed in QuickBooks. I just happened to come across this app and after a month of mapping, reconfiguring and working on my set up it's working like a charm and it's super easy. I especially like the real-time changes you can do to your daily sales and mappings right there in the log. Thank you for creating this app, having awesome support & working with our needs. My needs were:
- Daily journal entry summaries
- Customizability
- Chat or phone support
- Easy mapping
- Multiple user roles
- Mapping difficult product types
Thank you for your review! Your needs are our needs too. As bookkeepers & accountants ourselves, we needed proper accrual accounting summaries posted on a daily basis that will reconcile to deposits. When we could not find that, we built it ourselves. Give us a shout if you ever have any questions. Thank you! Jason
Bookkeep has been the best solution I've found out there for integration with QBO. I highly recommend it for anyone out there
