New user to Bookkeep and it has been great so far. The team is very responsive and helpful. Look forward to continuing on with their solution!
I needed something to help me consolidate my daily transactions in quickbooks into one neat daily entry and this app did the trick! Very easy to install and integrate.
I had some issues accessing it at first, but I spoke with customer support and they were super efficient in resolving my issues and explaining things to me as well. Thank you!
Thank you for the review! :-) Our goal is to make the life of the bookkeeper/accountant a little bit easier. Don’t hesitate to chat with us if you have questions or issues. Jason
Great onboarding, intuitive and direct 1:1 support via zoom to get it all set up. Would like to have the ability to summarize by product type and class code at some point but great for now.
Hey Pocket Radar Inc! Bookkeep has the ability to breakout sales, discounts, returns all by product type. Additionally, there is a single class setting available.
You can check out our knowledge base to understand how here (https://knowledge.bookkeep.com/post-revenue-by-shopify-product-category) or contact support@bookkeep.com or chat via the chat bubble from app.bookkeep.com for more information.
Dan, Anish and Ananie were most helpful in resolving a few hiccups our file had processing with Bookkeep. They were most persistent and resolved the issues beautifully. They are super stars!!
They have been very helpful. As I was trying to figure where some of the income was and how it transferred over. They spend a lot of time with me on zoom making sure everything was setup well. Great customer service.
Simply could NOT operate properly without this app and the excellent support we receive. We have been using them for years and they ALWAYS go the extra mile to keep us going! Special thanks to Jason, Ananie and Anish! The Best!
That's great to hear! We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and we're glad our product and rockstar team can help!
Excellent app! The daily sync to QuickBooks saves so much time and effort. But for me it's the technical support that makes this app stand out. They are always quick to respond, helpful and knowledgeable. Well done Anish and Jason! Thanks for all your help.
Thank you so much. I personally love meeting our customers and learning how we can improve our app. Glad we were able to help. -Jason
