BTA are the best choice when using Shopify. However, their application is very finicky and errors can happen continuously, which is a firm no in tourism. They seem to have no desire to integrate with OTAs and keep pushing irrelevant apps like email marketing which isn't going to grow sales. If you use this app, you have to be VERY detail orientated and double check everything if you make one tiny change, it will mess everything up.
Thank you for the 5-star rating! Your feedback inspires us to keep delivering the best. It's customers like you who make us proud of what we do.
This app gets the job done, and they seem to solve issues quickly. It is very good if you have a high volume of people coming to your site, and need to hold appointment times while the customer is checking out. They have fast customer support with human agents, which is extremely helpful!
João. Super helpful.
I just couldn't figure something out but they were very helpful. Understandable language and graphics to explain the fix.
Very much appreciated- thank you
