Been looking for an alternative for Calendly which integrates directly with Shopify and this has ticked all the boxes for my needs. When needing help, customer support has been quick an responding and implementing fixes and solutions where needed. Would recommend

Had a spot of bother with one of our events disappearing but it was a simple fix in the back end of the settings. Rob from the BTA team helped me quickly to resolve the issue and explained simply why it happened.

Other than that the app is pretty easy to use once you know what you doing. It looks clean and simple for the customers too.

We've tried every scheduling app out there, and BTA is the only one that meets all of our needs. Excellent amount of customization and flexibility, and the customer support is very easy to get ahold of and work with for answers, troubleshooting, or feature requests. This is our 5th year using the app, and we're huge fans. Highest possible recommendation!

Tried to install the app and use a basic Event Calendar widget on the Horizon theme. Does not add block correctly to page. Event calendar displays very small. Unable to edit settings to make calendar fill page. Super frustrating.

UPDATE: Their reply makes it seem like they worked with me to get it solved, but they did not solve it. Their tech support recommended I hire an external dev to get it fixed. I had to use outside support to solve my issue. Do not believe their response.

We had an urgent issue where our checkout button was being blocked after a domain renewal, and Sisco C. from the support team helped identify the problem quickly and got everything working again.

This is actually the second time Sisco has helped us with an issue, and both times the support was fast, clear and very helpful.

The app is very useful for managing reservations, dates and availability on Shopify. For a rental business that depends on online bookings, having reliable support like this makes a big difference.
