Been looking for an alternative for Calendly which integrates directly with Shopify and this has ticked all the boxes for my needs. When needing help, customer support has been quick an responding and implementing fixes and solutions where needed. Would recommend

We’ve been using the app for over a year to manage our classes, and it’s made our day-to-day operations so much easier. It saves us time, improves the customer experience, and the BTA team is always responsive and quick to help. Highly recommend!

Had a spot of bother with one of our events disappearing but it was a simple fix in the back end of the settings. Rob from the BTA team helped me quickly to resolve the issue and explained simply why it happened.
Other than that the app is pretty easy to use once you know what you doing. It looks clean and simple for the customers too.
Very good to know there is an active team behind the scenes willing and able to help when we get things a bit wrong. Thanks Rob!

We've tried every scheduling app out there, and BTA is the only one that meets all of our needs. Excellent amount of customization and flexibility, and the customer support is very easy to get ahold of and work with for answers, troubleshooting, or feature requests. This is our 5th year using the app, and we're huge fans. Highest possible recommendation!
Thank you so much for the incredible review and for being with us for 5 years! 🙌 We're thrilled that BTA continues to meet your needs, and we truly appreciate your trust and support.
Tried to install the app and use a basic Event Calendar widget on the Horizon theme. Does not add block correctly to page. Event calendar displays very small. Unable to edit settings to make calendar fill page. Super frustrating.
UPDATE: Their reply makes it seem like they worked with me to get it solved, but they did not solve it. Their tech support recommended I hire an external dev to get it fixed. I had to use outside support to solve my issue. Do not believe their response.
Hi Elisa, we're sorry for the frustration here. We worked with you directly and got a fix in place so the calendar now displays full width. Thanks for your patience, and please reach out anytime if you need anything else.
Been using this app for 4/5 years and love it. its super easy to use and the support team are incredibly quick and helpful to resolve any issues (of which there have been few). Very much recommend this app
