Hi there,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with Booster SEO and to see that it led to this review. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when AutoPilot does not appear to apply the expected optimizations, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
When you contacted our support team, you mentioned multiple stores. To investigate properly, our Tier 2 team asked you to confirm which specific store was affected and whether you had clicked “Run Optimizer” after enabling AutoPilot. This information was necessary to identify the correct store, review its configuration, and send a collaborator request if further access was required.
Our team also sent a follow-up, but unfortunately, we did not receive the requested information and were unable to complete the investigation.
We have since reviewed the available optimization records and confirmed that the app has processed title tags, meta descriptions, and image alt texts.
However, we understand that you may still have specific pages or images that are not updating as expected, and we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to examine those examples and resolve any remaining concerns.
We’ve sent you another email to continue the conversation. Please reply with the affected store and a few examples of the pages or images that still require attention, and our Tier 2 team will prioritize the investigation.
Cheers,
Pat

Hello Jon, you are the customer service personnel that addresses me and provide me access to your servers for verification. I am still having no sales so a plan upgrade is not due right now. I have noted all of the issues that the rest of SEO apps have provide me and will be going over each and every one of the images one by one to ensure the proper labels are attributed to each. I rate the service a 5 stars just for giving the time and professionalism. Thank you.
Quick, to the point and friendly.
Amazing help and great people skills!
