Bountful is an AI chatbot on your store that sells for you. It starts the conversation itself when a shopper is stuck or about to leave. It suggests products that go with what they are buying. It answers shipping, returns and product questions from your own pages and policies. When a shopper asks for a person, it tells you. You see the orders and sales it brought in. You set how often it speaks and how much it may discount. Short demos show you what it does before any shopper sees it.

It talks to shoppers on its own, so those about to leave get a reason to stay.
It suggests products that go with what a shopper buys, so orders get bigger.
It saves the questions it could not answer, so you can teach it the answer once.
