Boxi: Bundle Builder & BYOB

Shopify offers a plethora of bundle apps, and I was in a constant struggle to find one that was flexible enough to fit my bill without forcing me into apps with peculiar themes and check-out designs. I was looking for something that seamlessly integrated with my Shopify theme.

To aid me in my frustrated search, I turned to Claude (AI) and stumbled upon Boxi.

It took me a couple of days to fully comprehend the app, but it is incredibly useful. It boasts a plethora of smart features that simplify the shopping experience. From multiple steps to product personalizations, and even pack and ship templates, Boxi offers a comprehensive feature set.

Any questions I had were thoroughly addressed in the app’s documentation, accompanied by helpful how-to videos. If needed, reaching out to support provided the answers I sought.

In conclusion, Boxi is an excellent app with exceptional support. I highly recommend it.

Boxi has been an absolute game-changer for my store. I run a gifting business with a Build Your Own Box experience, and this is the only app that handled everything I needed — custom steps, beautiful UX, easy product organisation, and seamless integration with my theme.

Beyond a five star service. I chose Boxi for the Bundle Builder feature that I am incorporating into my website after considering other offerings. I also read the excellent reviews. I familiarised myself with the offering and took advantage of the 30 minutes session with Dmitri. Dimitri could not have been more helpful, patient and facilitative. He obviously knows his product inside out but in the space of call, he understood my objectives and advised and adapted his app to suit my store's needs. Dmitri then assisted me further by ensuring the necessary infrastructure features were enabled to allow BOXI to work as I wished. An excellent start to using an app that I hope will become an important service for our store.

We had issues with another very popular box builder app so we had to switch in a hurry. We had previously tested this one so it was our first option to recover custom box feature for our store.

This app is not as feature rich as others, but delivers
- stepped configurable flow with quantity or amount level rules
- multiple items from different variants can be added
- picture updated based on selected variant
- uses Shopify UI guidelines instead of using their own fonts, color schemas and trying to reinvent the weel
- feels snappy when browsing, both the configuration pages and the frontend user facing elements
- does not try to sell you other apps in the meantime.
- box result in the cart looks good, an item you can control the name of, with the included items visible.

We are also happy with the support provided by Dmitri and Cristina, they've been helpful in solving some annoyances with our custom theme. Being a reduced team, you have to understand that these people cannot cover 24/7 as some other asian based teams do. However, once you set Boxi up, it's mostly autopilot. We have set up our two step by step BYOB flows in less than an hour.

Overall the experience is good, I still have to see how these boxes convert compared to our previous flows.

The interface is very clean and easy to use. Would love to see a product enhancement of a search bar within the box builder to search through products, but otherwise the customer support is top notch and the team is very quick to respond and troubleshoot any questions/issues you may have. Lots of support and options are recommended to fit your store's needs. Recommend!

Outstanding app and very clean UI. The support from Dmitri is excellent, he answers questions very quickly and sometimes out of hours. One to one training was extremely helpful, highly recommend this app.
