We're *very* impressed with BreezyFile's support and level of attention to detail. Before we started using Breezy in spring 2025, we had been paying for A. Big Company's state tax filing service, which would take *weeks* to get back to us if a deficiency notice popped up (service was generally horrendous with that previous service before we moved over to BreezyFile). When we started moving our state tax portals info over to BreezyFile, the onboarding process data entry was much easier, first. Next, BreezyFile immediately started catching mistakes that previous provider had made. Tax law is so complex and nuanced, you do *not* want a preparer who is ignorant about differences between states' filing requirements, because you will start getting deficiency notices. Our experience has been that BreezyFile not only fixed all the mistakes (and many omissions) that previous preparer made, but overall: 1.) works to make tax prep. as painless as possible for our business, 2.) responds to any questions we have in a day or less, and 3.) gives us extremely clear instructions if we meet nexus in a new state. It feels like BreezyFile's staff is actually interested in doing good work and getting things right. Matt is very personable and easy to communicate with when onboarding, and afterwards, all BreezyFile staff we've talked to have been on top of fixing any problem or new requirement that pops up, quickly. We never write Shopify app reviews, but this is the one that has gone above and beyond.
