I've had a great experience with the SEOWILL – 404 Link Redirect App. The app works exactly as expected and makes managing redirects simple and efficient.
What really stood out was the excellent customer support. Tina was exceptional—she responded quickly, understood the issue right away, and helped me resolve it in no time. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help made the entire experience stress-free.
Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable 404 redirect solution backed by outstanding customer service. Thank you, Tina!
Great app and customer service.
My experience with SEOWILL Redirects has been exceptional. The most standout feature is the ease of use; the interface is incredibly intuitive, allowing for automatic management of 301 redirects and 404 errors, which saves a massive amount of manual work.
I also want to highlight the outstanding support I received. The team is remarkably fast and professiona. It’s clear they truly care about your store’s success. This is an essential app if you want to keep your site error-free. Highly recommended!
thank you gill!
Super easy to use and maintain broken links. I love that it finds the links for you. Customer support is super helpful and quick to respond.
The app does everything it says it does. Definitely worth paying for to help manage your site.
Be very careful with this app.
We were charged a considerable fee during the free trial period.
We only needed to set 60 redirects but were billed for 50,000+ links.
Some serious issues going on with this app...
Dear Teddy Rescue Team,
I hope this finds you well.
This is Jenny, Supervisor of the SEOAnt Redirect Team.
First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this situation has caused. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We would also like to clarify that our team reached out to you multiple times via email when the issue occurred, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response at that time.
After conducting a thorough investigation, we’d like to explain what happened in detail:
During the free trial, the Overcharge Protection toggle was disabled, which resulted in over 50,000 existing 404 links being unlocked in the app. Please note that each unlocked 404 link consumes one usage credit, regardless of whether you manually intended to set redirects for all of them. When a target URL is entered, the corresponding 404 link is redirected and the related usage credit is deducted. This is why the usage fees were generated, even though you only planned to set around 60 redirects.
That said, we fully understand how confusing and frustrating this experience must have been, and we sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us, and we are continuously improving both our product design and in-app guidance to help prevent similar situations in the future.
Thank you again for your feedback and understanding.
Kind regards,
SEOAnt Redirect Team

The app is a 301 FAKE, the redirect patterns are not 301 redirects, but client-side Javascript redirects. Why are you writing 301 in the APP?
