Great app and customer service.
My experience with SEOWILL Redirects has been exceptional. The most standout feature is the ease of use; the interface is incredibly intuitive, allowing for automatic management of 301 redirects and 404 errors, which saves a massive amount of manual work.

Super easy to use and maintain broken links. I love that it finds the links for you. Customer support is super helpful and quick to respond.

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this situation has caused. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We would also like to clarify that our team reached out to you multiple times via email when the issue occurred, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response at that time.
After conducting a thorough investigation, we’d like to explain what happened in detail:
During the free trial, the Overcharge Protection toggle was disabled, which resulted in over 50,000 existing 404 links being unlocked in the app. Please note that each unlocked 404 link consumes one usage credit, regardless of whether you manually intended to set redirects for all of them. When a target URL is entered, the corresponding 404 link is redirected and the related usage credit is deducted. This is why the usage fees were generated, even though you only planned to set around 60 redirects.
That said, we fully understand how confusing and frustrating this experience must have been, and we sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us, and we are continuously improving both our product design and in-app guidance to help prevent similar situations in the future.

Love this app. It does just a few things, but it does them well! Combine this with Screaming Frog, and you pretty much can keep your website running smoothly! I've only had it a short time, and I use Ai to help me set the wildcards. It has saved me countless hours of frustration! Now I want to look at all of the other apps that Ant has...

Excellent app to find those pesky re-directs of which you are unsure of where they are coming from. You can set a destination for broken links which is very helpful. Highly recommend especially for newer stores!

The app is a 301 FAKE, the redirect patterns are not 301 redirects, but client-side Javascript redirects. Why are you writing 301 in the APP?

Excellent easty to use intuitive app that does everything I need it to do I especially love the Wildcard features that automatically creates redirects as needed and still allows me the option to override any specific redirects if i need a different target.
