Sean was awesome! Yesterday, I was stressed and needed to get a banner up quickly to let customers know about a temporary issue. He patiently helped me figure everything out and made the whole process much easier.
Thank you, Sean, for your kindness, patience, and excellent support! I’ll definitely use TA Banner Sliders again and highly recommend this app.
Scam.. This app is a complete scam! I used it to create a pop-up window on my website to collect email addresses, and in less than two weeks, it claimed that my pop-up had already reached 2,000 views. But according to my Shopify analytics, the actual number of visitors to my website was nowhere near that high. Where on earth did those 2,000 views come from? This is seriously misleading!
And even if those 2,000 views were real, how come I haven't collected a single email address? This is absolutely ridiculous!
Dear SchwayShop,
We completely understand your concern and want to reassure you that our app is 100% legitimate and safe.
A pop-up view counts every time the pop-up loads on a page, even when the same visitor open it again. This is why view counts can be higher than unique website visitors in Shopify.
Our team has already checked your store and sent a simple, detailed breakdown to your email. Could you please check your inbox so we can take a look together and help you boost your email conversions?
Best regards,
Tech Arms Support Team
The free features are extremely useful; I actually felt motivated to sign up for the paid plan precisely because of the number of free features. I received very quick support to remove the watermark. I’m so grateful to have found this app; Lucie helped me, and her service was exceptional.
Excellent app with outstanding customer support!
The app is incredibly user-friendly and very easy to set up. Everything works smoothly, and the customization options made it simple to create exactly the popup I wanted. The popup window looks amazing on my Shopify store and fits perfectly with my brand.
What really stands out is the support team. They respond quickly, are genuinely helpful, and go above and beyond to solve any issues. They even helped me remove a watermark within minutes and made the whole process effortless.
Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable, professional popup solution for their Shopify store!
